Our Promise
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please read the terms below and get in touch if you need assistance.
Returns Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Email us at hola@papasitocigars.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where available. Please contact us before sending your return so we can check stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: cigars, cigar cutters, and any consumable products that have been opened or used.
