By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we suspect the purchaser is under the legal age.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available and are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment details.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error occurs. In such cases, you will be notified and offered either the corrected price or a full refund.

4. Orders and Fulfilment

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgement that we have received it. A contract between you and Papasito Cigars is formed when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at the address below. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Due to the nature of tobacco products, we do not accept returns on cigars for hygiene and regulatory reasons unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Apparel and accessories may be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, images, copy, and design — is the property of Papasito Cigars or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
